Order Processing:

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3–5 business days from the order date. After processing is completed, the order will be shipped the following day.

Delivery Time:

The estimated time to receive your order varies depending on your location:

• For deliveries within Spain, please allow 15 to 20 business days from the processing date.

• For international orders, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the delivery time may range from 15 to 30 business days, depending on the location. Please note that any delays caused by the customs department are beyond our control.
